Customer service questions should be directed to firstname.lastname@example.org. Emails are answered during normal business hours and usually by the end of the first business day after receipt. If applicable, be sure to reference your order number.
Please note that you will receive an order confirmation to your email address after placing your order. If you do not receive an order confirmation please contact email@example.com and let us know that you did not receive confirmation(don’t forget to check your junk email folder as they tend to get caught up in there). We will research your order and confirm receipt within one business day.
Shipping options may vary depending on the delivery restrictions to your country. Not all shipping methods may be available. Exact shipping rates (which may include handling charges) are unknown until you proceed through the checkout process.
Additional fees such as taxes, duty, or brokerage are the responsibility of the person who placed the order. Such costs are usually billed separately by USPS or your local customs department. Haunt Shirts is not responsible for any of these costs.
All domestic orders for lower 48 states will be shipped within 2-3 business days (Monday-Friday) via FedEx Ground except orders weighing one pound or less will ship USPS. Orders for Alaska or Hawaii destinations are shipped USPS Parcel Post (select ground) Allow 3-7 days delivery for ground orders from date of shipment. Expedited FedEx service is available at check-out prior to completing your order, and usually requires a signature at delivery. If you provide your email address, tracking numbers will be sent when your order ships.
We do not ship to PO boxes. APO/FPO addresses should select ground and we will ship USPS Parcel Post.
All international orders will be shipped USPS Priority Mail unless customer selects a different USPS expedited method. Delivery times on international orders can be as much a 30-45 days, depending on method of shipment and customs clearance.
We only ship to the following countries (list is subject to change at any time):

Tracking Information is available in the U.S. only. We cannot guarantee delivery on international orders; however, we can provide proof that the item was shipped by providing a customs number or receipt.
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required for all returns. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance. Merchandise to be returned must be in the condition received with RMA number clearly indicated on the outside of the packaging. Returns must be received within 30 days from the date of order. You must include a copy of your order confirmation when returning or exchanging merchandise. Return freight is the responsibility of the consumer. Return freight will be reimbursed after receipt of product if due to defective product only.

You will be notified via email when you return has been received and a credit or exchange has been processed. Shipping is not refundable. Please note that it is possible that your exchange item may be out of stock by the time your return is received. If your exchange is out of stock or on back order, a refund or store credit may be issued.
